Excelsior High School Welcomes You Excelsior Union High School, 15711 Pioneer Blvd. in Norwalk, California, 90650, was founded in 1903 and had its last graduating class in 1981.  Our alumni activities include bi-annual picnics for all classes, class reunion support, a newspaper, and of course, this Web site.
