A heartfelt toast to all class members and faculty. (For earlier
reunions, i.e. 5 year through 25 year.)
A more somber toast to all those present and those who are no longer present. (For later reunions, i.e. 30 year and later.) That should do it for morbid announcements, but consider a memorial display.
Introductions

The Master of Ceremonies introduces each of the attending
alumni. For variety, group the introductions by those from the same
geographical area, for example, "...and from the great Northwest, I'm pleased
to present to you...."
Of course, the reunion committee should be recognized and thanked, but make sure that they are all in the audience before starting. Once, after a long and laudatory introduction, the committee member was nowhere to be found, until returning from the rest room.
Award prizes to the winners in the following categories:

Greatest distance by airplane
Greatest distance by automobile
Married the longest
Most children
Most grandchildren
Most great-grandchildren
Married most recently
Youngest child
Now living closest to the school
( The winners having been determined earlier from biographical sketches sent to the committee)
Award centerpieces

Place a sticker, or some other adhesive sign beneath one chair
at each table, or count off, so everyone has a number. Announce the
winning number, for example, the first digit of the class year.
Alma MaterThe program should end with the singing of the school's Alma Mater. Print the words on the written program to avoid embarrassing anyone.
